As a Senior Art Director, I have extensive experience in print, social media, and digital channels, where I specialize in transforming complex ideas into compelling visuals. My skills include art direction, retouching, motion graphics, illustration, and video editing, allowing me to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.

 

Empathy is central to my leadership style. I strive to connect deeply with my team and cultivate an inclusive environment. I believe that fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere is crucial for achieving excellent results, and I encourage a healthy work-life balance for all.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy taking long walks, collecting "The Art Of" books related to movies, animation, and video games, and spending time in coffee shops drawing, learning more about AI and new things. Balancing my career, family, and personal time is a top priority for me, and I encourage others to do the same.
